Local harbors place voluntary evacuations in wake of Tropical Storm Francine

There are new details this evening about the status of some of the harbors in Harrison County ahead of Francine.

The Gulfport Harbor, Pass Christian Harbor, and Point Cadet Marina have put a voluntary evacuation in place.
