Local emergency proclamations issued in Jackson County

Ahead of this potential tropical activity, the Cities of Pascagoula and Ocean Springs have issued a proclamation of local emergency as a precaution along with the Jackson County government.

The city also announced that Jackson County is expected to open a sandbag location at the Jackson County Fairgrounds by noon tomorrow.
