Local dental clinic offered free dental services to veterans

As a part of Aspen Dental’s annual Day of Service they offered free dental care to veterans on Saturday.
Veterans could receive free services ranging from dentures and preventative care to general dentistry and restoration. The clinic was packed with veterans who were thankful for the chance to take care of their teeth. Many veterans are not eligible for dental insurance if they are not completely disabled.
Elise Kaiser was one of the veterans who rushed to Aspen Dental for any help she could get. “It’s a relief because it’s been painful, you know, on and off for a few years and not having the money and the finances to go get it done. My husband’s retired 22 years from the Navy and he just got all his done. He’s 100 percent taken care of, but that cost us almost four grand.”
Aspen Dental did this to give back to veterans for their service to the country.
