Local church gives back to community

A church in Biloxi is going above and beyond to make sure members of the community are taken care of.

Praise Temple of Biloxi will now be hosting an open food pantry for the community every other Wednesday. They will also be open every third Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The church will provide fresh produce and food to anyone in need. Praise Temple of Biloxi Co-Pastor Natasha Pickett said, “There is so many people in need. We just want to be the type of ministry that is actually meeting the needs of the community. So if there is something that someone needs, we are here in the community to help them.”
