‘Let’s Go Gulf Coast’ pop-up event in Long Beach

LONG BEACH, Miss. (WXXV)- Wednesday morning, ‘Let’s Go Gulf Coast’ hosted the very first park pop-up at War Memorial Park in Long Beach.

The event served as an informal ribbon cutting to highlight all the great enhancements that have been made to the park including new playground equipment and inclusive features for children with special needs.

Those who attended also had a chance to learn more about the exciting partnership and explore the ‘Let’s Go Gulf Coast’ app, designed to connect families with parks, events, and activities across the Gulf Coast.
