I’m at the West Jackson County Soccer Complex. Right here off Lemoine Boulevard in Saint Martin, home of the first of its kind American Ninja Warrior Style Challenge course West Jackson County Soccer Complex, as managed by the Jackson County Board of Supervisors and is home to multiple soccer fields, two dog parks, a concession stand, picnic areas, walking track and restrooms.

The most exciting feature is the Challenge course, which is modeled after NBC’s American Ninja Warrior television show and the first of its kind in the state and region. The challenge, of course, provides children and adults the opportunity to challenge themselves physically to complete the course, which features a combination of aerobic strength, core balance and flexibility. Challengers hit a buzzer before the start to track your time and work to keep improving. There’s also a 40-yard dash with a digital time board for two individuals to race and track their times.
