Les Miles’ Final Game with LSU?
It looks like Saturday could be LSU football coach Les Miles’ final game with the Tigers.
The New Orleans Times-Picayune is citing two sources that say Miles was speaking at the Tiger Gridiron Club today and suggested that the game against Texas A&M will mark the end of his 11 year run in Baton Rouge. Miles also reportedly said he would not be coaching a bowl game. They said that Miles told them that he’s going to miss them and that they’re a second family to him and he appreciates his real friends. Miles did not stay and answer any questions.
Miles has led LSU to a 7-3 record this season, 4-3 in the SEC. Miles has won two SEC titles and one National title since coming to LSU in 2005. He has won 77.5 percent of his games, the best winning percentage in the modern era of LSU football.
