Lemoyne Boulevard Baptist Church pumpkin patch now open

If your family is looking for fun fall activities, Lemoyne Boulevard Pumpkin Patch is now open.

The pumpkin patch is a fundraiser hosted by Lemoyne Boulevard Baptist Church and is open seven days a week. It is open from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday through Friday and open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday.

Admission and all activities at the patch are free and pumpkins are for sale priced by size and weight.  St. Martin High School football team lent a hand, helping unload and organize the pumpkins.

Youth Minister Wes Martin says the funds raised go towards the church’s youth ministry. “This is our third year doing the pumpkin patch, we opened this past weekend.  The weather is perfect. It’s fall weather out here. It is a fundraiser for the youth group here at the church. And it helps fund our activities throughout the year. Whether it’s youth camp, or our winter retreats that we go on, or just our activities that we do with the youth.”

The pumpkin patch is located at 15005 Lemoyne Boulevard.
