Law Enforcement Fundraiser at Sipps Bar

A local bar is inviting the Coast to come out and show their support for local law enforcement.
Sipps Bar in downtown Gulfport will be hosting a “Back the Blue Bash” Friday night. From 7 until 10, the bar will be serving drinks as well as $10 catfish plates to raise money. Proceeds from those sales will go toward local law enforcement.
Businesses like Galaxy Car Wash and Planet Beach are just a couple of the many local businesses who donated items to be raffled off. Director of Community Relations and Marketing Jourdan Hartshorn said, “Especially our local law enforcement that live in Gulfport, Biloxi, Long Beach. The local motto ‘One Coast,’ it brings us all together shows we’re there for them. The thing that happened in Milwaukee, their town is going kind of crazy. Here, we don’t have that. We have a really good community. We’re lucky.”
Event organizers also encourage everyone to wear black and blue to show your support for law enforcement.
