Large brush fire in Harrison County completely under control
HARRISON COUNTY, Miss. (WXXV)- We have a Wednesday update on that Harrison County brush fire that has burned all week long to this point.
The good news continues, both Harrison County Fire Rescue and Mississippi Forestry Commission firefighters have the fire completely under control at this time.
The fire had been burning in a mostly wooded area off Cemetery Road. No homes were threatened by the flames.
Remember to keep extra caution if attempting to burn things outside, as we have had a dry month to this point.
