Kroc Camp On Monday And Wednesday
The Salvation Army is trying to get kids up and out of the house while they’re on Mardi Gras break. The Kroc Center is hosting Kroc Camp this week.
The camp gives parents an opportunity to give their kids an active way to spend their time off. Your children will be able to participate in many different activities including swimming.
Kroc Camp is open to kids from ages 5 to 12. The camp is $18 dollars for members and $22 for non-members. You can sign up beforehand or just drop your kids off the day of.
Danielle Emery with the Salvation Army Kroc Center said, “We have Kroc Camp for Mardi Gras going on today and Wednesday. It’s from 7:30 in the morning until 6 PM in the evening. We offer two snacks and a lunch.”
Kroc Camper Peyton Mitchell said, “My favorite part about camp is everyone can come together, can be happy in one place and we can all go swimming and dive! Yay!”
