Krewe of Confetti Sensory Sensitive Mardi Gras Celebration
Callie Morris and Mika Catchot from Junior Auxiliary of Ocean Springs-Biloxi joins us in studio to discuss an upcoming sensory sensitive Mardi Gras event.
A sensory sensitive celebration is taking place on February 23rd. The QR code on your screen can be scanned to register. You must be registered to attend the event.
The fun takes place at In the Zone in Ocean Springs and box floats will be created for those who attend. There will also be a walking parade, music, and food as well.
The celebration runs from noon to 3 p.m. Socks and undergarments will be collected for kids aged four to 16 for the Women’s Center for Nonviolence.
