Kiln woman jailed on drug possession, trafficking charges
A Kiln woman is facing charges from two agencies as a result of a traffic stop Thursday night.
36-year-old Kristen Tomasich was stopped for driving with no headlights late last night.
Hancock County Sheriff Ricky Adam said officers found drugs in her possession that led to felony charges of trafficking in a controlled substance and possession with intent to sell a controlled substance. He said she had pills that tested positive for hydrocodone and she also had a felony amount of methamphetamine.
She was taken to the Hancock County jail. She has a bond of $500 on the forgery charge, but all other charges have no bond.
In addition, Tomasich faces charges in Bay St. Louis of uttering forgery, providing false information and possession of paraphernalia.
