Kiln man facing murder charge in Waveland has bond revoked in separate case

A Kiln man charged in a December shooting is back in jail after having bond revoked in another case.
Waveland Police have arrested a man in connection with an early Saturday morning shooting.
22-year-old Robert Sams Jr. bonded out of Hancock County jail on charges of murder and aggravated assault with extreme indifference to human life after his arrest in December.
Officers were sent to the Circle K on Highway 90 about 1:30 a.m. about a shooting. On scene, they found 19-year-old Ladaibrien Acker of Waveland in the parking lot with gunshot wounds to the chest. He was taken to Ochsner Medical Center Hancock, where he died.
A woman on scene had been shot in the arm.
On Monday, Sams was in Circuit Court in Gulfport for a bond revocation hearing on a charge of felony possession of a controlled substance. That bond was revoked and Sams was remanded back the Hancock County jail.
