Kellen Moore addresses the media for the first time since being announced as the New Orleans Saints head coach
On Thursday, Kellen Moore held his first press conference sing being named the head coach of the New Orleans Saints. Moore is the 19th head coach in the franchises history.
He spent last season with the Philadelphia Eagles as an offensive coordinator and, of course, won a Super Bowl in the Big Easy just last week. In his opening presser, Moore spoke on what he will bring to NOLA as he enters his first career head coaching position.
Faith, family and football is what this thing is all about,” Moore said. “Those priorities will never change. I think when you get to team up with special people you get to do special things. I am really, really excited about that opportunity. I’m going to lead this team the right way and surround myself with tremendous leaders on the players side and on the coaching said. Again, this is a great opportunity.”
