Keesler Gate closure extended
For those of you who work, train, or do business at Keesler Air Force Base in Biloxi, listen up!
The closure of Keesler’s main gate at the White Avenue entrance will remain closed for a few more days. Keesler officials are extending the gate closure, which was initially supposed to reopen this past Monday after a temporary closure, to next Monday, October 21st.
So from now until Monday, you’ll have to use another gate. The gate closure at White Avenue has been extended due to issues with construction on and along White Avenue in Biloxi.
The adjusted gate operations for the White Avenue and Meadows Drive gates that began in September will continue as Biloxi installs new water sewer and storm drains at the intersection of White Avenue and Father Ryan Avenue.
The Pass Road gate will remain open and unaffected.
