Keesler Federal Credit Union welcomes Chief People Officer

Keesler Federal Credit Union added a new chief to their leadership.

Catherine Shutts was hired as their first ever chief people officer. She joins their team with over 30 years of experience and a proven track record in the realm of HR and human capital business strategies.

This role was added just a couple months after their merger with Jefferson Financial Federal Credit Union of Metairie, growing the company to 55 branches stretching across Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama.

Shutts said, “It’s an honor to join Keesler Federal as chief people officer and to become part of an executive team so deeply committed to people and community.”
