Keesler Federal Credit Union gives back through Bright Futures Program

GULFPORT, Miss. (WXXV)- Keesler Federal Credit Union hosted their largest and last distribution this morning for their Bright Futures Program.

The program is providing school supplies to kindergarteners in 27 title I school systems.

This initiative launched in 2019 and this is the seventh year of the program that serves more than 19,000 students in 27 school districts.

Schools picked up the supplies in the back of Coastal Prints, the last distribution event in Mississippi this year with school buses, trucks, and van and will take them to their districts for the first day of school.

The total financial investment for the 2025/26 school year is approximately $400,000.
