Juvenile in custody in relation to soft lockdown at West Harrison High School

According to Harrison County Sheriff Matt Haley, one suspect is in custody in relation to a soft lockdown at West Harrison High School Monday.

The Harrison County Sheriff’s Office says the lockdown was precautionary in nature after a threat was phoned into the school.

Sheriff’s officials searched the school and determined the threat was not viable.

The suspect is a juvenile who is being charged with one count of making a terroristic threat to a school (Felony).
