Jurassic Quest returns to the Coast Coliseum

If you’ve ever wanted to see a dinosaur up close, the Coliseum has an event for you this weekend.

Jurassic Quest is back and better than ever. This is the largest interactive dino exhibit in North America. The interactive activities include ridable dinosaurs, live dinosaur shows, and fossil digs.

Dino Trainer Brianna says the event is an educational experience. “Yes, our dinosaurs are extremely accurate, we work with paleontologists frequently to make sure they are all up to date. We even have a dino 411 that you can text. It is a line where you can send all of your dinosaur questions and they will be answered by our dinosaur expert Park Ranger Marty.”

The exhibit will be open all weekend long. If you’re interested in learning how to train a dino, dino trainers will be available to teach you training techniques.

At Jurassic Quest, you can learn how to train a dinosaur. You can teach the dinosaurs how to sit, stand, and spin around in circles. After you gain new dinosaur training skills, you can walk through 165 million years of the Triassic, Jurassic, and Cretaceous periods to learn about the creatures that ruled the earth. “We even have our live exhibit tour. It’s our video tour that takes you all the way from the Triassic to Jurassic, so you’re learning about dinosaurs you’ve never even heard of here at Jurassic Quest.”

Jurassic Quest will be open Saturday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
