Junior Auxiliary of Gulfport installs free sunscreen stations at local parks and splash pads

GULFPORT, Miss. (WXXV)- The Junior Auxiliary of Gulfport is helping keep the public safe from the sun.

Their healthy living committee set up dispenser stations at local parks and splash pads. The funds for the project were raised from their inaugural Trike with Us event.

The first is set up at Lynn Meadows with more coming throughout the community.

Junior Auxiliary gives thanks to everyone who made the donation possible, also adding they are proud to invest in the health of the community.
