July Sidewalk Sale in Ocean Springs

If you are a fan of huge sales on clothes, art, and food, the annual July Sidewalk Sale in Ocean Springs is a can’t miss from July 20^th to the 21^st from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

This is a fun way for retail shops to clean up their inventory and get ready for back to school sales. Sales range anywhere between 15 to 75 percent at certain stores. Sales racks will be on the sidewalks and in stores for people to shop til they drop.

This event focuses on generating revenue and for locals to get a bang for their buck. Ocean Springs Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Cynthia Sutton said, “We started seeing many years ago, the shops starting to put their racks on the sidewalks with sales during this time of the year. So, we took that idea and many years ago and turned into an all-over town event to bring people to see what our shops have in town.”

Shoppers will have a fantastic rest of the month saving money with the sales this weekend and tax free weekend coming up in a few weeks.
