Joey Chestnut won his 16th mustard yellow belt at Nathan’s Hot Dog Eating Contest
Hope you’re having a very happy Fourth of July, and if we’re being honest, I can’t say that without thinking about a very specific challenge, Nathan’s Hot Dog Eating Contest..
After the weather delayed the Coney Island Independence Day tradition, Joey Chestnut won his 16th mustard yellow belt at this year’s Nathan’s Famous International Hot Dog Eating championship on ESPN.
The professional eater downed a total of 62 hot dogs and buns in ten minutes beating his closest competitor by more than a dozen dogs.
Chestnut remains the world record holder, having downed 76 hot dogs and buns at the 2021 competition.
