Jennifer Broadus named new superintendent of Catholic Schools for the Diocese of Biloxi

Jennifer Broadus has been named the superintendent of Catholic schools for the Diocese of Biloxi.

Broadus has been employed with the Diocese of Biloxi for 33 years, having been principal of St. James Catholic School for the past 18 of those years.

With this new position, her primary goals are to form intentional disciples of Jesus Christ, enhance the legacy of academic excellence, support pastors, administrators, faculty, staff, students, and families, and form partnerships with schools, parishes, and families for faith formation.

With many changes going on within the Catholic school system, Broadus insures everything is going to be fine. “Our Catholic Diocese is in great hands and I look forward to my new role and being able to move forward and to support our Catholic schools. I’m hopeful that I can inspire and support others with my leadership and that I can walk in faith with everyone in the Diocese to form intentional disciples. I also hope to continue our legacy of academic excellence.”

Broadus will take over for interim Superintendent of Schools Dr. Mike Ladner this summer.
