Jeepin for a Cause
Jeepin for a Cause usually holds their annual ride in October for breast cancer awareness, but this year it came a bit early to help kick off Cruisin’ the Coast.
Jeepin for a Cause is a once a year topless ride where they go from the Bay St. Louis Bridge all the way to the Biloxi Bay Bridge stretching their Jeeps all along the Coast.
They started this ride six years ago to help raise money for Costumes for a Cause. Costumes for a Cause helps cancer patients with everyday expenses like groceries and bills.
This ride was specifically geared towards raising money for those affected by breast cancer. Jeepin for a Cause Founder Jennifer Moran said, “You know jeepers are some of the best people on Earth. They truly are and they are just ready to give. They want to be a part of something and jeepers like to get together and help others. That’s why the title of our shirts this year is ‘doing what we do, Jeepin for a Cause.’ That’s what it is all about.”
Jeepin for a Cause presented Costumes for a Cause with a check for over $10,000 which was raised from this ride alone.
