Ahead of runoff elections across South Mississippi, candidate Jamey Foster joined WXXV to discuss what makes him a good fit for the seat of Pascagoula Ward 3 City Councilman.

Foster will face Darcie Crew in the Republican Primary runoff election, set for Tuesday April 22nd.
