Jackson County searching for armed robbery suspect

Jackson County Sheriff’s investigators are asking the public’s help to find an armed robbery suspect.

Sheriff John Ledbetter says 31-year-old Dakkoda Stirewalt is wanted for the armed robbery of an individual of his vehicle. The robbery occurred on Heathcliff Drive in the Helena community in the early morning hours Saturday.

Investigators later recovered the vehicle.  

Stirewalt has visible horn tattoos on his forehead and was recently released from prison on unrelated charges.

A second suspect,  26-year-old Zane Frankum, also is charged with armed robbery.  He was arrested at his Moss Point home Saturday morning.

Frankum is held in the Jackson County jail with no bond, pending an initial hearing.
