Jackson County man charged with sex crimes against children

A Jackson County man is in jail, charged with multiple sex crimes against children.

Jackson County Sheriff John Ledbetter said 32-year-old Justin Allday was arrested Wednesday on an indictment charging him with three counts of sexual battery and one count of touching a child for lustful purpose while in a position of trust or authority.

He was taken to the Jackson County Jail. No bond has been set pending an initial hearing. No other details are available at this time.
