Jackson County man arrested on child sex crime charges
JACKSON COUNTY, Miss. (WXXV)- A Jackson County man is behind bars for sexual battery and molestation charges involving a minor.
Thirty-nine-year-old Mitchell Dye of Vancleave was arrested as part of an ongoing investigation after a 15-year-old girl revealed she was sexually assaulted by Dye in February.
Biloxi police assisted the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office with the arrest on Monday, and his bond is set at $200,000.
