Jackson County Carnival Association Parade set to roll Saturday

PASCAGOULA, Miss. (WXXV)- The City of Pascagoula is sharing details on the Jackson County Carnival Association’s Parade.

That is set to roll on Valentine’s Day at noon. Roads in the parade route will close at 11 Saturday morning and detours will be in place.

The float staging area closes at 8 a.m. The parade is a rain or shine event and the City of Pascagoula says they are monitoring conditions.

The parade will only be canceled if there is lighting in the area.

A final determination will be made late Friday and shared on social media.
