Ivanka Trump expected to visit Gulfport Thursday

Ivanka Trump will make an appearance at the Lynn Meadows Discovery Center in Gulfport on Thursday.

Trump is attending the event as an advisor to the president in support of Senator Cindy Hyde Smith’s campaign. The event is sponsored by the Women’s Bureau of U.S. Labor Department.

Bureau Director Patti Green is hosting the event with Trump to “highlight why high-quality, affordable child care is critical in order to have a strong and prosperous workforce.”
