Israel-Hamas live updates: Three Israeli hostages handed to Red Cross in Gaza

- Hamas identified three hostages taken during the Oct. 7 terror attack who will be released today: Romi Gonen, Emily Damari and Doron Steinbrecher. Under the terms of the complex three-phase deal, four additional living hostages are expected to be released in seven days, Israeli officials said.
- At least 19 people were reported to have been killed in Gaza in the hours after the start of the ceasefire was delayed, Gaza’s Civil Defense agency said.
