Interview with District 49 Senate winner Joel Carter

The votes are in and Joel Carter wins the District 49 seat by 52.7 percent of the vote to avoid a runoff. Carter received 1,968 votes to Dan Carr’s 996 and Ron Meyer’s 767 votes.
