International Christmas Festival

The Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church is having their International Christmas Festival tomorrow.

This festival is a unique way to celebrate Christmas within the culture of 12 European countries including Russia, Moldova, Ukraine, Greece, Georgia, and more.

There will be tons of traditional foods and pastries served throughout the day.

They also have dancers coming from Louisiana, Alabama, New York, and even a Ukrainian singer. George Yurchak with Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church said, “We’ve worked really hard to put this festival on. We have a lot of good entertainment coming from different nationalities, different countries. You can’t see it anywhere on the Coast. You don’t need a passport to go there. You just come here and get your passport stamped.”

The festival kicks off at 10 a.m. and will last until 6 p.m. or possibly later.
