Ingalls Shipbuilding gives back to community organizations as part of holiday giving event

PASCAGOULA, Miss. (WXXV)-Ingalls Shipbuilding hosted a holiday giving event to benefit four community organizations.

Those organizations are Salvation Army Angel Tree, Gulf Coast Center for Nonviolence, Toys for Tots, and Back Bay Mission.

This initiative supports families in need through Shipbuilder donations.

This year, 122 angels were adopted by Ingalls shipbuilders through the Salvation Army and more than 30 angels through the Gulf Coast Center for Nonviolence.

The toys collected will be donated to Toys for Tots and nonperishable food items will be going to Back Bay Mission.
