Inaugural Cathedral Festival at the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary

Take some time out of your weekend to spend quality family time at Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Cathedral’s summer event that kicks off tonight.

The inaugural Cathedral Festival will feature food, big rides for teens and adults, little rides for the kids, arts and crafts and more.

All the funds raised at the festival will go towards the support of different ministries within the church and to support their Catholic elementary school. Parishioner Rose Dubaz said, “With this being the first year of the Cathedral Fest, we just hope that every one in the community will come out and support these efforts so we can give back to our parish.”

Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Cathedral Fr. Dennis Carver said, “It’s a festival to bring more life to Downtown Biloxi to help Biloxi bring more families and older families to come and enjoy the beauty of Downtown Biloxi.”

The event kicked off at 5 tonight and will go all the way through Sunday. Saturday and Sunday the festival will start at noon and end at 10 p.m.
