Improvements coming to Fire Station 6 in Jackson County

JACKSON COUNTY, Miss. (WXXV)- The Jackson County Fire Protection Services announced another station is undergoing repairs and upgrades.

Station 6 on Jim Ramsey Road had a concrete driveway poured, allowing improved access to the station’s rear doors.

The station received a backup generator and had the old well and septic system dismantled.

Further repairs include fixing roof drainage issues, floor repairs, and improvements to the office and living spaces.
