IMMS hosting two turtle events tomorrow: Nest excavation and turtle release

If you like “tuttles,” IMMS is hosting two events tomorrow evening at 6 in Pass Christian.

IMMS will be excavating a turtle nest, gauging the number of eggs that hatched and will take genetic samples as well.

After the testing, four rehabilitated sea turtles will be released.

Two are satellite tagged.
