Ice Cream Corner Reopens
Just 48 hours after Blue Bell voluntarily recalled all of their ice cream, a Gulfport ice cream parlor is back up and running.
From Rocky Road to Cherry Vanilla, the Ice Cream Corner on Dedeaux Road is back in business with 33 flavors. Just Tuesday, John and Janelle Kunellis had to make a quick decision after Blue Bell’s voluntary recall. They acted quick and shutdown for two days to accommodate for a new shipment to replace almost their entire inventory. The Ice Cream Corner reopened today with their usual flavors, just from a different distributor, Hershey’s.
The Kunellis’ say they will bring back Blue Bell as soon as it is safe to eat and when their customers are ready to have it back again.
