I-110 repairs in Harrison County now complete

HATTIESBURG, MISS. – An emergency bridge repair project on the I-110 bridge near Bayview Ave. in Harrison County is now complete following a fire under the bridge last September.

Crews completed work prior to the end of 2023. A final inspection took place Friday, Jan. 5, and no additional work is necessary.

The scope of the repair included removing and replacing damaged concrete, bridge column repair, fiber wrapping the columns and cleaning the structure. The $479,700 repair contract was awarded to Key, LLC, of Madison.
