I-10 closure in Hancock County Wednesday morning

A reminder about utility work in Hancock County tomorrow that will shut down a portion of I-10 for about 20 minutes.

Coast Electric will be pulling a powerline across the interstate near the Diamondhead exit between 8 and 9 tomorrow morning.

For everyone’s safety, they’ll be shutting down all lanes of I-10. All east and westbound traffic will stop for about 15 to 20 minutes.

This is part of the widening project at the Diamondhead exit.
