Hurley Huddle to be featured on America’s Best Restaurants
MOSS POINT, MS: – Local restaurant Hurley Huddle will be hosting a visit from America’s Best Restaurants in early December 2024.
America’s Best Restaurants, a national media and marketing company focusing on bringing attention to local, independently-owned restaurants, will bring its ABR Roadshow to the restaurant on December 4th. Popular dishes will be highlighted, along with an extensive on-camera interview with owner Nicole Hopkins about the restaurant’s special place in the community. The episode will be aired extensively on social media channels at a later date.
Hurley Huddle is a casual sports bar with strong ties to the community of Moss Point. They have a family-friendly atmosphere and offer consistent quality of food and service, reflected in their high reviews. The menu features appetizers, salads, burgers and sandwiches, wings, sides and desserts. Cheese curds are a popular starter, as are the loaded fries and the namesake Huddle Burger, a Hawaiian-style burger with pineapple, avocado, pepper jack cheese and drizzles of teriyaki and mango habanero.
“I feel like this community does so much for us,” Hopkins says, adding that she gets requests to open other locations in other areas. “[But] I think probably the best thing about having my own restaurant and doing what we do is being able to give back to the community. They’re the reason why I’m standing open.”
To that point, Hurley Huddle focuses fundraising efforts during the month of October on women fighting breast cancer, raising thousands of dollars.
“We raise money all month long and give it to them personally,” Hopkins says. “We put it in their hands.”
America’s Best Restaurants will be filming on location on Wednesday December 4th from 3 pm to 6 pm CST. The press is invited to attend.
