Hummingbird Fest paused for 2026

JACKSON COUNTY, Miss. (WXXV)- The Hummingbird Fest is paused for 2026 as the Pascagoula River Audubon Center closes temporarily for repairs.

The program is set to return in 2027.

Despite the pause, the center will be still be in the community during the hummingbird migration season with programs and activities.

Hummingbird feeders will still be maintained at the center so the visitors will have a stop during the migration and will visit again next year.
