Humane Society of South Mississippi to host NBCUniversal owned television stations’ fifth annual pet adoption drive – Clear the Shelters™ – on Saturday, August 17

The Humane Society of South Mississippi (HSSM) is hosting NBCUniversal Owned Television Stations’ fifth annual Clear The Shelters™ pet adoption drive on Saturday, August 17.  On this day, HSSM will offer low cost adoption fees to help local families adopt a new pet. Since 2015, NBCUniversal Owned Television Stations’ nationwide Clear The Shelters campaign has resulted in more than 250,000 pet adoptions.

WHAT:           Humane Society of South Mississippi joins NBCUniversal’s popular pet adoption drive.  On Saturday, August 17 HSSM will steeply reduce pet adoption fees to help families adopt a new pet.
