Humane Society of South Mississippi hosting adoption special

GULFPORT, Miss. (WXXV)- The Humane Society of South Mississippi is offering an adoption special for the month of February.

It’s called ‘Have a Heart,’ HSSM saying every heartworm positive dog adopted in February will receive full heartworm treatment sponsorship. That will be no cost to the owner.

The special also includes adoption fees being waived for all heartworm positive dogs.

A special goody bag for each adopted dog will be given out.
