How to give to Hurricane Helene victims through Relief-A-Thon

Hurricane Helene has caused devastation in many Southern states, including Florida, Georgia, Tennessee and the Carolinas.

At WXXV, we’ve partnered with the American Red Cross in a Relief-A-Thon to help raise money for all those affected by the storm.

WXXV’s official Relief-A-Thon will air during the 9pm Fox newscast on Wednesday, October 2nd. However, there are plenty of opportunities to give before and after the event as well.

Donations can also be made by calling 1-800-HELP-NOW, or 1-800-435-7669. Mail-in donations can be sent to the American Red Cross directly; that address is P.O. Box 37839, Boone, Iowa, zip code 50037.

With your help, we hope to provide some much-needed relief to so many impacted by Helene.
