House District 119 Candidates Forum in Gulfport tonight
A week from today, there will be a special election to fill the seat for House District 119 in Gulfport. Tonight, you can hear from the candidates.
The North Gulfport Civic Club is hosting a forum from 6 to 8 tonight at the Isaiah Fredericks Community Center.
Both candidates, Gary Fredericks and Jeffrey Hullum III, have been invited to participate.
Next week’s special election is necessary after Representative Sonya Williams Barnes resigned to take a new job.
The deadline to vote absentee is Saturday, July 16th.
