Homicide Arrest – Damon Lamont Jones

On March 28, 2018 the Gulfport Police Department arrested 43 year old Damon Lamont Jones, of  Gulfport, for one count of first degree murder .

The arrest was the result of a Grand Jury indictment stemming from a homicide occurring in September of 2016. Jones was contacted by telephone and cooperated by turning himself in without incident.

The warrant was issued after recent Grand Jury indictment. Jones was processed and transported to the Harrison County Adult Detention Center.
