Holiday events on Saturday across the Gulf Coast

Tons of holiday happenings across the Gulf Coast Saturday.

Two big holiday events are being held in Biloxi. The first is the free Christmas in the City at the District Green in Biloxi from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Christmas on the Water in Biloxi begins at 6 tomorrow night. That’s a free event as well.

The River City is also taking to the water at 5:30 tomorrow with the Christmas by the River boat parade with prizes on the line for best decorated boats.

A tradition continues in Long Beach, the Sea Santa Sail-a-Bration waterless boat parade rolls at 5:45 downtown with festivities afterwards at the Harper McCaughan Town Green.

Over in D’Iberville, the celebration begins at noon on Saturday with Santa’s Workshop. Then at 5:30, the annual parade will roll at Warrior Stadium to the town green and wrap up with a tree lighting.

Downtown Gulfport is getting into the Christmas spirit as well with a parade at 6 p.m. at 17th Street and 24th Avenue.

All afternoon in Gautier, it’s Lights and Lagniappe on the Bayou. From 1 to 6, enjoy a corn hole tournament, pictures with Santa, and a fireworks show at the old Singing River Mall property.
