Hippie Fish holding grand opening Thursday

GULFPORT, Miss. (WXXV)-A brand new entertainment hot spot is gearing up in Gulfport, Hippie Fish is set to open its doors at Centennial Plaza on Thursday.

The two-story venue brings together a one-of-a-kind, 18-hole mini golf course, more than 100 arcade games, and a coastal inspired restaurant, all under one roof.

The new attraction will add a new layer of entertainment to the Coast’s tourism scene.

Leaders behind the project say it’s all about creating memorable moments in a relaxed welcoming state. CMO Lodging and Leisure Investments Tessy Lambert said, “The crave and connection and Hippie Fish is exactly the spot for that. We have developed something that is going to enable our guests, our visitors, and our locals to come in, just disconnect. It’s been designed for everybody. You can come with your kids or come just as a date night or businesses meeting, it’s perfect for all.”
